The Clear Aligner Process

When you begin your SureSmile treatment, Dr. Baughman will discuss your goals and design a treatment plan to get you the smile of your dreams. At the consultation, we will take digital impressions and photos of your teeth. Then, using SureSmile technology, we will design and create a custom-fit set of clear aligners. After a few weeks, you’ll come back to pick up your first sets of aligners to begin your journey. 

Your aligners will come as sets to be changed out every 2 weeks and must be worn for 20-22 hours a day. As you progress through your treatment, you will check in with us regularly to monitor your progress and pick up new aligners.
